Shipping to the lower 48 states is FREE!!! If you are in HI, AK, or PR, drop us a note for shipping rates. We will do our best to make shipping to those areas as affordable as possible.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we can ship many of Our Chandeliers etc. to countries other than the USA. Please e-mail in advance for shipping rates and details
How long will it take to receive my Chandelier etc.?
Normal delivery time is 7-10 days. If you need to receive a product quicker for an Event or Project, just drop us a note and we will try to accommodate you.
How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Once you complete your purchase thru ecrater, you will be mailed an invoice for secure payment with your credit/debit card.
What's your Return Policy?
Sorry....We do not accept returns. In the event of any parts missing or broken in transit, We will replace Free of charge. We are always available to assist you before and after your purchase. If an item return is accepted at our discretion, there will be a 20% restocking fee and customer will pay return shipping.
